When I first started teaching, I always realised building a strong relationship with students. With mixed feelings of nervousness and excitement about how I connect with my students; I ended myself overwhelmed by the endless connections which helped me give purpose to life. I’m grateful to Natraj Juniors School for providing me the platform where I can showcase my thoughts and teaching methodologies for the students’ overall development.

We all know that primary education is a crucial step in every child’s educational journey in shaping their foundation for future learning. Early age exposure aids in learning language, problem solving and social interaction skills. I believe the same and encourage my children to speak and ask questions. I also believe in providing them a stress free environment where they do not feel pressure at this age. As, every child has their own way of learning things. Natraj Juniors is the place which makes it possible.

If we talk about academic activities, the primary focus ensures the child’s development in all areas towards achieving the goals. So, we dealt with a fair, consistent and transparent manner. We guide students towards learning and clearing the concepts of the subject. We encourage them towards social-emotional connections with the society by inculcating good manners, helping others and understanding others feelings. Here, a child is free to express their emotions and share ideas. According to me, we can call that an overall development of a child because at this age, with the academic growth, they also need to understand societal rights and responsibilities. With all respect, Natraj Juniors provides our students such an atmosphere, for which I’m grateful to be the part of Natraj Juniors School.
